Summit Bay Construction, Inc celebrates continued success since 2005 as a general contractor based in the Tampa Bay region, with commercial and residential projects across the Southeastern United States. Summit Bay Construction holds active general contractor licenses in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, with reciprocation in 10 other states, and can quickly expand our GC licensing as our client's projects require. We contribute our success and longevity to our ability to foster solid relationships with clients, construction professionals, vendors and subcontractors, and our community.
