John Afflebach is Marketing Director for ICON Residential, a developer/builder of boutique urban infill townhome communities throughout Florida and Georgia including Orlando, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota and Atlanta, and prior to that for WCI Communities on projects from Pensacola to Venice, Florida. A graduate of the University of Central Florida with over 20 years of marketing experience, John has served in marketing leadership roles in the real estate, hospitality and travel industries. He has a proven background creating and executing research-based, results-driven sales and marketing campaigns with expertise in cross—channel strategies.

Nathaniel Bittman is a Mortgage Production Manager at Hancock Whitney Bank with over 29 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Since 1995, he has gained expertise in loan origination, processing, underwriting, secondary marketing, and as a Wholesale Sales Account Executive. Currently, Nathaniel is the Regional Sales Manager for the East Coast Region of SNMC.

A former president of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Tampa and the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals, Nathaniel is also certified in Emotional Intelligence and serves as a State Educator for the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals. Additionally, he is a certified instructor and coach in StrengthsFinder and DISC, reflecting his dedication to fostering leadership and emotional intelligence within the industry

During her years as the vice president of sales with the largest home builder in the Tampa Bay area, Gwen has gained a unique perspective of the real estate market and trends that effect the market as a whole. She enjoys all aspects of the real estate industry including marketing, sales, and helping people in general. Gwen specializes in New Home sales while educating the customer and making the experience as smooth and stress free as possible. She takes pride in her customer service as documented by the several customer service achievement awards and her goal is to make every customer a "customer for life."

Don Sharp, As President of Sharp Design Studio, a national award winning firm located in Tampa, Florida and Dallas Texas. They have won over 90 design awards nationally, regionally and locally since 2009 which include 2015 LEED outstanding project of the year and 23 Aurora awards. The firm has a passion for product design and tracking design trends. Before starting the firm in 2009, Don came from the national builder side of the business working for a few national home builders and custom builders which has helped him in a better understand of the homebuilding industry. Don has 30 years of experience from residential to commercial architecture, design and management. Don is also a life director of the Tampa Bay Builders Association.
